Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 3-4 weeks for transit and professional assembly.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, REHAUS ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Yes, sustainability is at our core. All REHAUS wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber and finished with eco-friendly, low-VOC stains.

Can I track the status of my delivery?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For freight deliveries, our carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
